Answers: Email us at email@example.com with your name, shipping address, and exact model name. We will ship a new one to you free of charge. We will try and match but color and availability are not guaranteed.

Answer: Please send us your order information and a photo of the items you did receive. We will make it right!

Question: I didn't receive a tracking number/order conformation?
Answer: We send out an order conformation email and or text message via the information you provided at checkout. Please check your spam and promotions folders as sometimes they end up in there. You will receive a second email or text message once your item as shipped with your tracking number and information.
Question: When will my order ship?
Answer: We ship every day Monday through Friday from our headquarters in Denver Colorado. Shipping cutoff for the day is 3:00PM EST. So if you purchase something at 4:00PM on Monday, it will not go out until Tuesday. This goes for all Overnight and Next Day Shipping too.
Question: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: Our standard and free shipping is through the United States Postal Office and takes around 3 - 5 days depending on where you are located. If you selected a premium shipping service it will depend on those terms.
Question: My order says it was delivered but it is not here.
Answer: A lot of the time there is jump in tracking and the shipment has really only reached the delivery drivers vehicle. Give it a few business days and make sure to look around your house, mailbox, and talk with your neighbors to see if it got misplaced. If it still hasn't shown up contact your local post office office. If they tell you it was delivered then get in contact with us!
