Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Must be in its original packaging with B Fresh Gear tags attached
A receipt or proof of purchase is required (handled automatically through the portal)

Your Return Options:

Refund to original payment method
Store Credit (+15% bonus on your returned item’s value)
