We want you to love your B Fresh Gear—but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered. Below are the key details on returns, exchanges, shipping, and how we handle every order with care.


📦 Shipping: From Us to You

Thanks for shopping with us—it seriously means a lot. Once your order is placed, we’ll pack it with love and toss in a few extra goodies on the house.

Shipping Days: Monday–Friday
Carriers: USPS and UPS

  • USPS First Class Mail → Orders under 1 lb

  • UPS Ground → Orders over 1 lb

  • Expedited options available at checkout based on your location

Shipping Thresholds for Free Delivery:

  • $75+ → United States (USPS First Class Mail)

  • $125+ → Canada (USPS First Class International)

  • $200+ → Worldwide

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

If something’s off, no stress—returns and exchanges are easy through our online portal:

Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in brand new condition

  • All original packaging and B Fresh Gear tags must be attached

  • For swimwear: Must include sanitary liner and tags; worn swimwear is not returnable

Return Options:

  • Full refund to original payment method

  • Store credit (+15% bonus)

  • Exchange for a different size, color, or product

Return Shipping:

  • If you opt-in to Redo Order Protection at checkout, return shipping is covered for eligible cases

  • If Redo is not selected, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (exceptions may be made within reason)


🚫 Returns After 30 Days

Returns made after 30 days may be eligible for partial refunds or store credit, subject to review. We reserve the right to deny returns or suggest alternatives on a case-by-case basis.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or wrong, email us with:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your receipt or order number

We’ll review the case and offer either:

  • A free replacement

  • A full refund—your choice

  • For issues like normal wear within 30 days, we’ll usually send a free replacement, no sweat


🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, B Fresh Gear is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

To protect your shipment:

  • Add Redo Order Protection at checkout

  • If Redo is purchased, they’ll cover replacements for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

  • If not, we’ll still do our best to help—but we can’t promise a refund or replacement
