Thanks for shopping with us—seriously. When you place an order, we treat it like gold. Our team carefully packs your gear and ships it out ASAP. Inside? Your order + a few extra surprises (on the house).

If we mess up—wrong item, something missing—hit us up immediately. We’ll make it right. You’ve got adventures to get to, and we’re not about to slow you down.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship Monday–Friday using USPS and UPS:

  • USPS First Class Mail → Orders under 1 lb

  • UPS Ground → Orders over 1 lb

  • Expedited shipping available at checkout depending on your location

You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

📦 We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

If your order is delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or events outside our control, we’ll do our best to keep you informed, but we’re not liable for third-party shipping delays.


FREE SHIPPING MINIMUMS

We hook you up with free shipping when your order hits these thresholds:

  • $75+ USD → United States (USPS First Class Mail)

  • $125+ USD → Canada (USPS First Class International)

  • $200+ USD → Worldwide

These thresholds apply after discounts and before tax or shipping fees.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible. If your package is missing, check with your local post office or delivery carrier first. Still stuck? Email us at help@bfreshgear.com—we’ll try to help.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are not covered by B Fresh Gear and are the responsibility of the customer.

Transit time for international shipments may vary and delays can occur due to customs processing.
